An order may be cancelled by us if your ordered products are unavailable. An order may also be cancelled if the security checks are failed; there are multiple reasons this can occur. Please contact us at the Contact page for further details. If an order is cancelled by us, you will be notified through call, email, and SMS. If an order is cancelled by us, we will initiate a refund. You will receive a full refund to the original payment method used for the cancelled items.

An order may be cancelled by you within a limited time without incurring any charges. Information regarding cancellation will be described in the Order Confirmation email. In the Order Confirmation email, you may follow the provided instructions to be able to cancel your order. You may request to return or replace your order by selecting “Return/Replace Order” in the Order Confirmation email or by visiting the Customer Service page. We will notify you through call, email, and SMS to acknowledge your request. We may schedule our technician to your location to assess your complaint. A resolution will be provided based on the technician's evaluation report.

Return will be processed only if:
  • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
  • the product is not different from what was shipped to you
  • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Attinkara.com shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.

Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

Products marked as "non-returnable" on the item detail page cannot be returned.

Additional information may be required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.

If an item is eligible for free return; it will be indicated in the item detail page along with the available return period in your order email. Free return can be availed in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you.

Please keep the item in its original condition, with user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

If you report an issue with your ordered item, we may contact you and may schedule a technician to visit your location to ascertain your complaint. On the basis of the technician's evaluation, we may provide resolution.

Items within return window and in stock are eligible for free replacement. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:

  • Item received is physically damaged
  • Item received has missing parts or accessories
  • Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on Attinkara.com
  • Item received is defective
  • A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.
  • If your item is not eligible for free replacement due to any reason, you can always return it for a refund.
  • If the item has missing parts or accessories, you may try to contact the manufacturer for assistance. Manufacturer contact information can usually be found on the item packaging or in the paperwork included with the item.
  • To ensure successful return, return the item in original condition with manufacturer's packaging, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein.
Refund

If the payment method, which you used to make the payment (such as credit/ debit card) at the time of purchase, is no longer valid, refund will be issued through a demand draft.

If we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, refund will be issued through a demand draft.

For returned items, we may issue a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. Refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) or Immediate Payment Services (IMPS)).

Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your Amazon account should match with the name of the bank account holder.
